Stroy Residence is a family owned company. One of the owners, Konstantina Evtimova is an urban planning specialist who graduated from the UK. She is currently project manager for equipment planning. The company is managed by Zlatko Evtimov, MSc in Civil Engineer (construction of buildings and structures), graduated from the Engineering and Construction Institute in Sofia. He has been in the construction business since 1991, and during that period he has built through the companies in which he participated and managed, a total of fifteen residential buildings, twelve of which, together with their associated infrastructure, were invested and built by these companies. Mr Evtimov also has experience in managing the construction of a waste treatment plant and sewage network in Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
